How to search?
There are 2 types of search available at estate123.com
a. Quick Search
"Quick Search" is used to perform a quick search on the system to return property
with minimal search criteria by the user. The quick search is available in the main
page of estate123.com located on the top right of the page. To use the quick search,
you will only need to select the State/Province/District, Property Type and the
Price Range.
b. Advance Search
“Advance Search” is used to perform search based on more detail criteria. The advance
search form can be seen in the
Property Search
link in the left menu. You may search for property for Sale or
property for Rent.
The search result will basically return property posted by the property agents or
members that posted their property for sale or rent.
Note: The result page, will present property that matches your criteria. Based on
the layout of the result page, the top part of the page will show
6 featured property that is randomly picked from the system. Meanwhile,
the result page will be displayed below the featured property section.
What is New Launching?
The New Launching section available
on the left menu is design to allow property developer to feature their property
at estate123.com. This way, the property posted by the property agent/members will
not be mixed up with the developer’s property especially when using the property
search.
Using the property Cart?
While browsing the property listing at estate123.com, you can bookmark a particular
property by adding them to your “Property Cart”. To add property to your property
cart, click on the “Save” link when you are in the property detail page. Property
added to the property cart can be accessed via the "My Property Cart"
link. The link will show the number of property that you have added to your cart.
By placing the property into the property cart, you can:
- Compare the property via the property cart page. You can compare up to 3 property
at a time.
- Keep track on the property that you are interested in.
