Why sign up?
In order to benefit from all the functions and information provided at estate123.com, you should register as a member/agent. By registering, you will be given the chance to post your property for FREE as well. You may post as much property as you wish and let potential buyers to contact you if they are interested with your property.

How to sign up?
It is very simple. Click on the Sign up as member link on the left menu or on the top of the estate123.com page. Only minimal information is required when signing up. Once you have signup as a member/agent, you may login immediately to start posting your property. You can also make changes and provide additional information in the user profile form after you login.

Note: Make sure you provide a valid email so that we are able to notify you when there is enquiry for your property posted at estate123.com. Also, provide a valid mobile number because we might also notify you via SMS.

Sign up as Member or Agent?
There are 2 types of membership at estate123.com. When signing up, there is a selection that you will need to choose from. You may signup as a Member or Agent.

As A Member
If you are not a property agent, then you should signup as a Member. You will be given the opportunity to post your property for FREE.

As An Agent
If you are a property agent, then we advice you to signup as an Agent. As an agent, you will gain the following benefit:

• You can also post your property for FREE.
• Your membership will be tied to an Agency that you belongs to. This will allow visitor to locate for your servic.
• Provide keywords on the area/property that you have so that visitors to the website will be able to search for your availability and service based on the information that you provided.
• Chances to receive leads from Open Enquiry submitted by the visitors.

What to do after signing up?
After you signup as a member/agent, login via this form. You may do the following:

• Edit your profile. You may provide additional information in the form.You can also change your password here.
• Start posting your property.
• View and manage leads based on the property that you posted.
• (Agent Only) View Open Enquiry from visitors. Open Enquiry is a form that lists down property request from visitors that are not able to locate for property that they wanted from the website.
• View your property cart. The property cart lists down property that you saved while browsing the website.
